Unplug the USB cable from the scanner and the performance
Now install the software again and connect the USB back only when Th eprogram said.
Let's complete it and restart the computer. Windows will find the material.
Go to the Start menu and folders, HP, select the Solution Center.
Look at the top left and select SCAN PIC or whatever you want. Put your face down on the window and choose Find. That's all
I propose that the scanner with 300 dpi set for a good analysis.
